This is a comprehensive 6 week shoulder program for individuals that fit the description below. This program provides video demonstration and text description of exercises, in addition to short (1-3min) video education on how to improve the health of your shoulder. This program is self paced, but designed to be performed in order 3x/week. This program is for you if: - Have pain sleeping on your shoulder - Have pain with lifting in certain positions - If you have a known rotator cuff injury, but it is not debilitating - You don't have as much mobility in your shoulder as you used to - If the motions in the screening video reproduce your symptoms This program is NOT for you if you have: - So much pain in your shoulder that you can barely lift your arm - Reason to believe this pain could be coming from your neck or any other injury or illness you have - Recurrent subluxations or dislocations of your shoulder - Any numbness or tingling in your arm or hand Note: this program requires lying on your stomach. All exercises performed on the floor can also be performed on a bed, couch, or comparable surface. Equipment Needed: Resistance bands
