If you're tired of having neck pain, you're in the right place. This is a comprehensive 6 week program for reducing neck pain in individuals that fit the description below. This program provides video demonstration and text description of exercises, in addition to short (1-3min) video education on how to improve the health of your neck. Reclaim Your Comfort is self paced, but designed to be performed in order 3x/week. Each day is a little different and concepts build on each other to help you completely meet your goals. This program is for you if you have neck pain and stiffness, but NONE of the following: -Recent fall or trauma where breaking a bone may be a concern -Significant dizziness -Sharp shooting pains or numbness, tingling, or weakness down your arms -Pain so bad that you can barely move your neck Ready to get back to feeling like you? Take control of your physical health with All About Ortho. -- Note: this program requires lying on your stomach.
